Brothers and Sisters,

Although the election is over for now, “Local 18 Member's Voice” will remain active as advocates for our brothers and sisters. We will always be available to help in any way we can and to keep you up to date on happenings in Local 18, specifically on items you have a right to know but the Local makes every effort to keep from you.

We hope to do a quarterly newsletter as finances permit. Right now, if you read our financial report, you will see we are in the red! We need your continued help. A few dollars each month would permit us to do the newsletter and print the hard hat sticker for “Local 18 Members Voice”. Please help us by giving what you can. We appreciate any donation, large or small and PayPal will still be available or by mail.

Rules for donating to Local 18 Member’s Voice:

In accordance with Article XXIV, Subdivision 1, Section (e) of the International Constitution, no candidate (including a prospective candidate) for Local Union office, and no supporter of a candidate for Local Union office, may solicit or accept any direct or indirect financial support from any non-member of the International Union of Operating Engineers or from any foundation, corporation, or other entity whose funds are derived in whole or in part from any person not a member of this International Union.
